Our sustainability commitment

Our efforts to drive positive change

When life takes an unexpected turn, our technology and solutions enable caregivers to make informed diagnostic decisions to improve patient care.

As a global diagnostics company, we work towards Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 “Good Health and Well-being” every day. Our sustainability expectations and requirements are reflected in the Danaher Sustainability Policy.

We are a signatory member of the UN Global Compact. We work with the four principles—human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption—as well as the Danaher Sustainability targets for Diversity and Inclusion, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste. These principles guide our work and help us focus on the areas we can greatly impact.

Our approach to sustainability: innovation, people and the environment

A foundation of integrity, compliance, and sound governance, which we refer to as the Foundational Elements of our sustainability program, underpins the three pillars:

Innovation

Radiometer is built on a legacy of innovation. Radiometer was founded on innovation, and we believe that innovation defines our future and plays an integral part in fulfilling our vision of improving global healthcare.

People

We are dedicated to always put life first. No matter our line of work, our professional background or where in the world we’re located, we’re proud of the difference we make and committed in our effort to make positive impact on the lives of others.

Environment

We are dedicated to minimise our impact on the environment. Through tangible goals and actions, we work to mitigate our environmental impact and while keeping our associates safe and healthy.
